Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, theatre.. Room is compact but has everything you need. Very friendly staff. Staff have a very good attitude.Keen to help. Quiet environment as it is mostly pedestrianised. The large screen Sky TV on.the wall at the foot of the bed makes you feel like you are at the cinema.

Shower hose was leaking on arrival, but was fixed the same day when we reported it. Breakfasts prices are a bit steep if you are not on expenses!

A good side room, warm, comfortable bed, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Small details that were great, a bottle of water, sleepers, toothbrush. Room and bathroom on the same floor.

The locks to your own room are dodgy and sometimes they auto lock and sometimes don't - this wasn't mentioned by the host. I went to go get some tea at around 11pm at the shared kitchen but when I went to go back to my room I was locked out. No one was picking up the phone and there was no out of hours number for customers so I had to sleep in the shared lounge and call the hotel in the morning to let me in. I asked the host why she didn't mention the auto locks and she told me the kitchen was like that (which it isn't, you don't get keys to the kitchen) I asked if they had an out of hours number to which she replied that I needed to make sure I kept my keys on me because other guests were checking in that day. I thought it was a bit rude and if something had happened to me they would have been liable considering this is a safety hazard. Misc: The window in the toilet is very dirty with cobwebs and spiders everywhere - it's not cleaned just covered with a mesh curtain. For what you got, it wasn't worth the price.

It wasn’t clean and lack of basic supplies. No hand wash in the bathroom. No milk or cooking oil the cupboards and appliances were empty, for the price should have had a welcome pack. There were no finishing touches to make it feel homely
