  All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jakub, the manager and Jason in the restaurant. The room was spotless but the heater in the bathroom wasn't connected so it was cold. But the hot water was boiling so the shower was great. Would use Z Hotels again.

  Location excellent for the seafront with bars and restaurants. Very spacious apartment.

  There were a few hairs in the bathroom and bedroom and the bathrooms especially need a bit of TLC. Boiler stoppped working after first night but the owners dealt with the issue very well.

  Couldn’t find it. Make sure you get a map or good directions as to where the flat is. We had no address and the building has nothing to identify it as Saint James hostel. the postcode is not enough.
