Stunning hotel - the design of the rooms and the main areas is exquisite, everything is thought through. The restaurant and cocktail bar are great, breakfast was very good as well. The spa is lovely and the working hours are quite long but try to book the treatments in advance as it gets busy. You can also walk around beautiful lake, river and the forest located at the hotel grounds. In short, it's a gorgeous hotel - you won't be disappointed.

Great, friendly staff. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I've slept on in a hotel so far. Large, well furnished, room. Big TV. I liked the toiletries provided. Nice bar next to the reception. I had a great steak and ale pie. Decent choice for buffet breakfast. Shower temperature and water pressure was good. Plenty of parking. The whole hotel looks quite snazzy and more upmarket than I was expecting for the price.

Toilet hadn't been cleaned when I got there. There was a nasty big skid mark from the previous guest. Yuck! And no toilet brush to clean it with. I didn't mention it to the staff to save the embarrassment. I wish hotels would provide toilet brushes - this annoys me. There were big hairs in the shower and on the bed. Otherwise clean. My room wasn't very soundproof, and the doors slam, so I didn't have an easy night's sleep. The WiFi in my room was poor. I ended up using 4G instead. It would be nice if the bar had some ale on cask. I wish the lighting in the room was brighter. When it comes to cleanliness, quietness, and WiFi, I have stayed in a London hotel that has done much better at a cheaper price.

Cosy caravan, close by to arcades and restaurants etc within Rockley Park. Well equipped, clean & tidy. Lovely hosts, allowed a late check out with no extra charge.

Only downsides were having to pay extra for Linen, which I was aware of before booking anyway and the mattresses which were very uncomfortable.

Small cramped room. Air condition didn’t work. Hotel bar closed before 12 midnight. No room service. Unwelcoming staff. Bad attitude when seeking to address complaints.
