This is our third time staying with Teresa and Robert and we literally cannot fault it! Our 2 little ones absolutely love it here, Teresa always has little treats for them and greets us with the warmest welcome! port 56 is top class, so unbelievably clean and well equipped! We are already planning our next stay!

We had a great experience in Holiday Inn Express. What made our stay was the staff. They were all so helpful, from the very professional housekeeping staff to the reception and bar staff who all went out of there way to make our stay smooth and very stress free.

Just a very nice comfortable place to stay and reasonably priced, a good location and the food is always really good! The receptionist staff are always really, helpful, friendly especially Sarah who is excellent at her position.

It was pretty cheap and close to Covent garden/ soho. The shower was great with the mist option.

That the bed was the width of the room. I'm quite tall so couldn't stretch out fully. The guy on reception was a little abrupt when I checked out – I just put my key card in the deposit box and he jumped in and asked which room I stayed in. I wasn't told about the breakfast option, but overheard this from the previous customer checking in.

The car parking left the Hotel down sadly. Having to pay £6 a day For Hotel parking on top of your bill is bad K feel.

I didn’t like that we were forced to pay £25 for damages which was non refundable. I thought we’d paid enough. Also photo was taken at an angle which made it look Like a country lane. Walls could have done with a coat of paint. Bathroom floor had had water damage. It felt odd would have liked a mat over it.
