Fantastic holiday for 2 nights amazing price we walked from Skegness train station along the seafront and took about an hour but a lovely walk and then the caravan itself it great value for money with 2 double beds (including 1 en suite which is a cute touch ).cooking facilities ect and also only 4-5 minutes stroll from the beachfront an arcade and a lovely pub that does a beautiful breakfast 10/10 I was slightly hesitant when booking but ended up being a great trip and lovely accommodation and the lady who owns the caravan was extremely helpful and polite too we will definitely be returning !

The only thing I would really say is I have a phobia of spiders and there was a LOT of spiders inside but I guess it can’t really be helped at all 🤷🏼♀️

There is no dining/breakfast room at the hotel but here is a communal open plan, but private, area adjacent to reception providing microwave and fridge, sink that was probably at one time the hotel bar along with a table and seating. The bedroom had a kettle and coffee/tea/milk. The en-suite shower pressure was great and always ample hot water. Given that this hotel is listed as a 2 star the facilities were clean and well looked after. The Manager of the hotel was an exceptionally good host, polite and helpful, but at the same time very professional.

I was on a discounted rate and probably not in the best room in the hotel, but the mattress although clean and ok was not the most comfortable I have slept on. It was not uncomfortable, it was simply functional, rather than a pleasure to sleep on. The outside could do with a bit of painting to smarten it up a little.

Warm welcome from the host Spiros. Handy parking out the front for only 2 pound. Host was helpful with a map and plenty of advice for getting around York. Perfect location on the edge of the city. 5 minute walk to York Minster.

Room and hotel is very dated. One major concern was the hot water pipes in the bathroom run on the external side of the wall right by the toilet. My wife burnt herself during our stay on the exposed hot water pipe. There is very low water pressure. The breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.20am. We arrived at 9am. I think all the food is cooked at 8.30am and if you arrive a little later as we did the breakfast was cold.

I got a really good night's sleep because the bed was very comfortable for me. I had food that needed eating so did not have a meal but the food looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing as all was great.

The hotel is located on the coast and in easy access to Edinburgh via the bus. On site parking. Room was clean and large with a good size bathroom.

Checking in is with the barman in the hotel and was impersonal. The room had been renovated but they forgot the bed. Old and lumpy mattress with springs in your back. The breakfast wasn't the best.

Great location. Friendly staff welcomed us 24 hours. The room was clean and so comfortable. I’d like to stay this hotel when I visit Cardiff again :)

Just, there is not any lift in this hotel. It didn’t bother me, but let me note in case for someone who needs lift.

Food was good pub food. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and hard working. The plumbing works. Lots of parking and easy to park.

Hotel is located in the centre of town. Room was large for an old hotel. On site restaurant was good.

No allocated parking. Need to find something on the street and walk. Booking in is done via the barman which was difficult on a Saturday night. Carpeted stairs to room were filthy and rooms, particularly the bathroom is very dated. Breakfast is cooked to order, buffet limited.
