The staff here are A-MA-ZING!!! Others have mentioned this, but really there is something very special about Ben's View! It is the first time that we have spent an entire evening chatting and laughing with the staff at a hotel. Just so much fun and a really enjoyable evening. Graham, the wonderful Pamela and Flora were a delight. We decided last minute, to book for dinner, we were so glad we did, Graham cooked an incredible meal! This was an overnight stay before getting the ferry in Mallaig to Armadale. It was so convenient and an added bonus they are dog friendly. It was so lovely to find a hotel which is comfortable and clean, and is dog friendly. We will most certainly book here again when we travel back to Skye.

We liked that our rooms were really very clean. I loved my pillow ,May be this is the 1st time were I went somewhere and I liked the pillows. The comfort in the rooms were great. The location was excellent ,literally a few steps from the Centre and everything you would need was in short walking distance. I enjoyed the breakfast ,were the others were sleeping in our rooms. :) We asked to have 2 separate rooms for us and our children and we were offered by the staff to have joined apartment with 2 separate room which was excellent. The Girls liked the Gym too, they said the fasciitis were clean and the machines new.

Alan and Jackie made us most welcome and made us a drink on arrival the hotel is spotlessly clean and had a excellent breakfast and Alan and Jackie recommended us some nice restaurant s to go I would highly recommend using this hotel

Fire alarm went off early hours of bank holiday Monday 27/05/24 had to vacant the building could not get back to sleep after that had to drive home that morning very tired 😴

The apartment was well communicated, although not centered. Was very quiet Furniture was placed with good taste, and the kitchen had all what may be required.

A very little inconvenience was that my car was too big to be able to park it inside the premises. But was not problematic as is possible to find free parking around. Internet in one side of the appartment was not that good, probably the dish was not centered.

There was no en-suite bathroom. It was nailed shut. Expected to share with 3 other rooms , some distance from the bedroom. Paid for superior king room for 2 nights. Left in disgust. Staff shrugged us off.They made no effort to remedy situation.
