Lisa communicated really well...kept in touch from the moment of booking till the day of check-in, messaging me to say my room was ready early. I was up-graded at no extra cost. Everything you could possibly need...lots of little extras appreciated. Comfy bed and pillows. Fantastic breakfast...where else would you be offered fresh figs and apricots? Such a big selection of fruits and breads, and great quality products on the cooked breakfast. For what Lisa charges, it is really excellent value for money! Nothing was too much trouble, and Lisa was there to help straight away when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. Thank you Lisa for a lovely stay (thanks also to the lovely lady helping you out at breakfast time!)..I have already been recommending you to friends and family x Oh, and the location is perfect...a few minutes from the beach, and town. I'll definitely be back x

Absolutely nothing. This was an awful experience! Plus, my friends and myself never even saw the inside of the apartment due to the fact the host refused us entry upon the grounds of our appearance.

Everything about this experience was AWFUL. We had no contact from the host (no check in instructions), then upon arrival we were left waiting in their courtyard for almost an hour, until the host informed us that they had double booked (they hadn't). Two minutes later they actually informed us that they didn't want to let us in because of the way we looked. The host proceeded to say they wouldn't let a "bunch of teenagers" into their building, and to "not get clever and get our parents to call" - the three of us are all almost 30! We were never asked for ID, or even spoken to in person properly (the host also refused a phone call and insisted on texting). After much back and forth the host said that they would consider letting us stay at the property if we provided a £100 cash deposit - which we declined, as we didn't trust we'd get it back. This host left 3 young women in a place many hours from home with nowhere to stay. We were messed about so much that we missed the beginning of the event that we booked the accommodation for, and we ended up having to stay at a hotel almost 40 minutes away due to how last minute this was. The host was rude, argumentative and down right discriminatory. If I could give a negative figures review then I would!

There is alot of noise when traffic passes, must be single glazed windows or poorly sealed. Noise from the odd passing car kept wakening us all night. The double bed is a standard size double and not great for sharing. Door code for entering the building was very long
