Dwaine was exceptional with customer service - any issues comes straight to you're door - need anything his always avaliable - lovely and genuine guy to talk to and enjoy a valuable, respectful conversation. I absolutely loved that the property was well looked after absolutely spotlessly clean, very secure and safe. The apartment is right in the middle of everything which means easy to get about, vehicles are extra safe in a secure car park. I loved that not only you can have a wonderful conversation with dwaine but the apartment had everything and more the location is spot on, balcony and sea view. Would 1000% recommend coming to spend time in great yarmouth. I will be returning and you'll definitely be seeing more of me and my partner and the family. Nothing I didn't like everything was overall perfect.

It is just rooms in a big House: mine was very nicely done. Tea/Coffee/Breakfast are all "Make it yourself" in the downstairs kitchen, which was fine, and more than acceptable. Has parking on the front and in a back yard. Lovely setting and garden/tree views

The hotel is clean, cozy and comfortable. The stuff is friendly. Beds are very comfortable. There were tea, coffee, water in the room. breakfast is typical for hotels: eggs, sausages and so on. Not far from tube station.

The lift sometimes didn't work with 4 passengers. There was no electricity on the last morning, but that's not the hotel's fault. The rooms do not have air conditioning and it's not possible to open the windows fully.

Jimmy, the host, was very friendly and informative. Clean room with good shower and comfortable bed. Some good restaurants within a ten to fifteen drive away. Would stay again if in the area.
