Comfortable 3-star hotel. The rooms are warm and clean but a bit dated. The staff were excellent and very attentive. The big draw is the food, which was absolutely fantastic. There was a wide choice for the included cooked breakfast, and the evening meals were super - a good choice, all wonderfully prepared and delivered quickly, piping hot and very tasty. Even if you do not stay at the hotel, it is worth going to enjoy the evening meal.

The location was absolutely stunning and close to everything. Rooms were outstandingly clean, very big and beautifully decorated. Every tiny added touch of the room was amazing. The cream teas were delicious, views were gorgeous and the owners could not have done any more if they had tried. We felt so welcome and will definitely be returning. Thankyou.

Great wee cottage, very close to Stromness. Easy cycling distance. Great bay view. Quiet location with only road traffic passing, no pedestrians. Well equipped. Lovely host and very friendly & helpful.

No washing line to dry washed clothes, however an airer stand was available so we put that outside when we needed to dry things.

The cabins were close to Glen Coe and Glen Etive. The view from the campsite was absolutely incredible and it felt safe and secure. Restaurant and bar were lovely, great vibe and food was really good.
