It's now 2:12 am and I'm still can't sleep because of the very bad conditions of the bedding and linen, the duvet and the pillows are very dirty and insects are coming from inside the pillows and the mattress I'm really tired and don't know the city to change the place I'm really disappointed It's really mean to treat people who are travelling long distances like that !!!! If you are unable to clean your property close it !

There are insects in the bed my skin is itching and I don't find where to sleep the night I throw everything on the floor and it's cold I didn't sleep for 2 nights !!° It's really disappointing 😞

The location was exactly where I needed to be. I only used the room for somewhere to sleep. The room itself was immaculate and very comfortable and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly, blackout curtains were great, tram stop minutes away.

Problem with shower door was quickly resolved by a room change. My only other issue was the toaster spat my first piece of toast onto the floor. Also quickly resolved by replacing the slice and paying more attention.

The room was I was in was hell on earth right next to a very busy road sleeping was impossible horrible. Traffic was going past every second 24/7. Bathroom was the size of chicken cage and the bedframe was hazardous with Sharp edges on steel frame never and I repeat never again 😡
