I love many things about the hotel! 1) The price & convenience - it's reasonable for a one-night stay as I had an early morning flight to catch the next day. 2) The cleanliness - the toilet and bathroom are well-cleaned including the kettle! 3) The staff - when I was checking in, there was a guest who came down with her kettle and requested for a change as the kettle was not up to her standard, the staff agreed to a replacement with no question asked and the staff (a young boy of Indian race if I got it correctly) is full smile! He is so friendly and helpful! Overall, the room is comfortable and my entire experience is superb. I will make this my default hotel every time I have an early flight to catch.

I can't find any honestly. I did not use the WiFi because I have my own and I did not try the breakfast since I have a rather early flight to catch. If I really have to, I guess I can mention that there were 2 ironing boards in my room which I wasn't sure why and maybe it'd be great if I can have slightly more space for the tiny pantry as water tends to overflow as the kettle boils. Nevertheless, these are minor things, it didn't affect my experience at all!

The location is great . 5 mins walk to the seafront. The tram stop is also very close . The breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choices . Nothing was a problem. There are also shops and a pub within 5 minutes walk . The proprietors Dave and lin are a lovely couple . Very friendly and they even join you for a drink in the hotel bar in the evening. We would highly recommend this hotel . You come as strangers but everybody leaves as friends.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was nice and well maintained. A bit cramped. But obviously, according to cemtral london standards, it was ok. Would definitely stay hete again. The hostess Shanaa was most cooperative and helpful

Not very clean. Leaks in the hallway ceiling and we could hear water dripping all night. Not much in the way of kitchen facilities. Lockers at the bottom of the bunks were awkward to access. The room light was outside the room in the hallway.
