Nice and welcoming owner family, Linda and Stu. They have helped a lot to get the ferry tickets in the critical situation of music festival and took good care on us as the guests. View from the window was just amazing - the sea, trees and flowers. Room clean and tidy. Area is really safe and quiet. Enough place to leave the vehicle nearby. Close to Ventnor seafront with all the restaurants and the beach.

Very friendly staff, smooth check-in - lovely comfy bed - we slept really well. Great central location. We didn't try the breakfast - parking in the public carpark nearby with a hotel discount was very reasonable and easy.

Clean and tidy. Convenient 15min walk into town centre. Quiet location.

The WiFi code in the guest book was incorrect. We were out for most of the short 2-night stay, so it was not too much of a problem. We did contact the management company, but they responded with the same code that was in the guest book. I would advise anyone tall (6ft+) or who has back issues to think twice - as this roof space (above the garage) does limit head height throughout the property. The double bed was a little soft for my preference, and also dips in the middle - so an update there would be good.

It is close to a main road, so a bit noisy if sitting outside. Also we arrived on a Monday and had to wait till 5pm to meet a member of staff.

The noise levels outside and continually doors slamming from people leaving/entering. As the property is on the main road the noise from the several pub's around is VERY Noisy. This room has a disabled bathroom which was not in the room description, and the sink was way to small , the toilet didn't flush properly and took several attempts to flush.
