Excellent location with handy secure underground parking. The apartments and communal facilities were amazing, very clean, accessible, felt safe and secure (keycard needed to use lift, communal areas). All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It's a residential long term let building and I think this is the only short-term rental in the block so need to be mindful of residents. Would definitely stay here again!

Check out was on a Sunday and there was no one working on reception. We were unable to contact anyone so had to leave the keys inside the apartment.

Location in a nice quiet area near the canal. Great spot to walk and cycle and have a drink and meal in a 2 minutes walk away. The pod had everything needed for a short break. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Curtains made for a darker morning so did not get awoken at sunrise. Owners sorted any issues out and gave advise on places to eat etc.

Water temperature in the shower was luke warm, not hot, after a raining day it would have been nice to get warm and cosy. Upon arrival the pod was very cold, needed to call the owners about how to turn the heating on.

It describes itself as an "oasis in the City" and that is just what it is. Tranquil and calm - kind and supportive. View over lovely peaceful garden.

The views from this Hotel are astounding. Room size was very generous. Staff were very friendly.

Maybe a better selection on the menu. I am not a seafood lover unfortunately. However, if you are a seafood lover, you will be delighted.

Property was nothing like advertised, which was surprising given the reviews were all fairly good. House was dirty, splatter stains, greasy cupboard handles, smelt like somebody previous had been smoking in there, hallway was half decorated with filler patches in the wall, cups in cupboard dirty and black hairs everywhere (fridge, bathroom etc) Tv remote didn't work, house was freezing cold. I didn't even feel I could sit down. I'm not usually onw to complain but this was not a great experience. My mother in law ended up paying money for us to stay elsewhere.
