  Perfect location for the Barbican shops and restaurants and the Mount Batten we needed to catch. Smart decoration, good shower, all very clean. Lovely and very helpful owners/managers. Would definitely stay here again.

  Location is great. Ease of check in, everything is automatic. When I do see staff they’re super nice. I got a room with kitchen since I’m on a special diet and the fridge is bigger than most hotels, that’s a big plus.

  Had booked an executive twin room. As far as I can see the room is no better. There were no slippers, no bathrobes, the chocolate given was a single small Kit Kat. Why on earth would anyone pay extra for nothing extra?!? Then to top it all off, the towel in the bathroom was soiled by a previous guest. Disgusting!

  The hot buffet at breakfast was very poor. A few desultory bits under a hot lamp. The beans were congealed as they had been there so long. Even so the food was only warm. Certainly the worst hotel breakfast I have ever been offered.
