The location of the hotel was amazing. I arrived in Bath by train, and the hotel is right in front of the train station. I took the bus back to London due to the train cancellation, and the bus terminal is right in front. The location is incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and the room was as expected. If I go to Bath again, I would like to stay again.

Really comfortable spacious accommodation, brilliant location, and close to everything. The host was very accommodating and facilitated our early entry request and sent also handy videos with information about the flat. We have booked again for another trip.

The only issue we encountered was the en suite shower not currently working, which the host informed us of on arrival, but we still had access to another in the family bathroom, so it wasn't a big issue.

We usually stay in the Novotel York as it has a convenient location and a friendly feel.

This time we stayed unfortunately some of the tv channels were unavailable, the main shower didn’t work, and the bedside electrical ports on one side didn’t work.

It was amazing, the room was spacious, the bed was really comfy and the tv was so good.

There was stains on the bed when we first arrived as well as on the walls in the bathroom but that’s just minor, the cabinet near the window was leaning really bad.
