  Beautiful location. Beautiful hotel. After a little hiccup when we first arrived, the stay was wonderful. It’s very easy to provide a great experience when everything is perfect but how mistakes are dealt with say much more about hospitality. There was a hiccup with our checkin process and our room but the staff sorted everything out quickly and went out of their way to provide a good experience. We will definitely be returning.

  Amazing location, super clean, comfortable beds and sofa in lounge, spotless kitchen with everything you need, very easy to find and smooth check in. Bar , restaurant and little shop with everything you may have forgotten just a short walk from caravans. If you want to climb Ben Nevis and enjoy the peacefulness of nature, I could not think of a better place to stay

  Tara was an excellent host she provided everything we needed bread, fresh eggs, biscuits and milk! She was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was super clean and very comfortable, and we had a good night sleep.
