The staff and the site where amazing everyone on the site we're very humble, I can not say a bad word about the site already looking forward to already booking next year away, the site size was well.spaced there were lovely facilities and also was amazing if your self catering like we were had everything you could need to do so. The site itself is situated in a brilliant location, meaning getting to where you need to be is no more than 30 minutes left and right out of the site. I would recommend the lakes to anyone wanting a break away as it is truly a beautiful place to stay would be back in a heartbeat.

The only issue I had that was addressed quite quickly was that the microwave had a food left in from the previous tenant. The only thing I would day on the booking.com advert is that pictures of the site show caravans with hottubs and parking spaces but this is only on certain areas of the site I believe this should e made a little clearer that's my only fault I could find.

Was clean, looked kinda new and really had everything one could possibly need for a short to medium term stay. The view on the motorway and Bristol was nice. The apartment has it's own parking space, very convenient. After calling with check-in problems the friendly owners showed up quickly and got us checked in.

The check-in was tricky because the owners only sent the required details on the day of arrival. We were however traveling and did not check our e-mail every day. Unfortunately traffic noise was present all of the night.

Super clean, comfortable bed, beautiful decoration, nice touch with water, milk, fruit, biscuits, tea, and coffee Great location near to some lovely restaurants and not far from sea, also parking on site felt very secure Would highly recommend 👌

An unusual hotel set on a hill so has many stairs to navigate. Our room was spacious and clean although some of the fittings are a little tired. Breakfast is cooked to order and good quality.

There is a narrow outdoor walkway outside each door. Other guest were using this area to smoke which meant we had to keep our only window shut,or have a room smelling of smoke.

The house is spacious, very clean and comfortable and despite being on a main road, it was quiet. We would happily stay again and would recommend it to others.

Maybe an extra sofa instead of the small chaise longue in the front room but we managed as we were out most of the time. 🙂 It would be useful to have a house book of rules and information about the property; using the dishwasher, washing machine, hob, waste and re-cycling facilities. Maybe another book for guests to write positive comments about their stay. 😊
