A totally standard budget hotel offering very good value for money. Rooms well laid out, and clean, and you know what you are going to get. By no means a luxury experience, but very good for a night's stay. car parking at the back (payable) and very close to a Metrolink tram stop. Friendly staff.

Rooms away from the pub. Very quiet. Fabulous bed. Excellent shower. Good quality products on the hospitality tray. Loved the little touches of bottled water and quality shower products etc.

Felt very enclosed. Lovely bifold doors opened out ......on to a brick wall!!! This obviously makes the room very dark.

the girl at the reception was incredibly nice and welcoming and try to do her best to make our stay the best and the locations was ok

But the room was a nightmaer cold, it was not possible to lock it from the outside, you could hear everything, and during the night, the reception was a bollywood disco with loud music. One towel for each, a cattle, but no plug nearby to attach it, lots of cable exposed, and the smell of suice in the night was horrible. On top of it everything was rusty in the bathroom I know it ios cheap but it shouldnot be possible to have room lke that in a hotel Or call it Hotel,it was most a very low standard hostel

The rooms were clean. The water was hot.

The receptionist had gone home before we checked in at 6.30pm so we had to get keys from the gatehouse. The rooms were very warm but we couldn't open the windows fully. The rooms' decor was tired. The advertised bar wasn't open (the gatekeeper told us it was only open Tues to Thurs and we were there on a Saturday) and it was miles away from our rooms anyway. The 24-hour vending machine was nowhere to be seen. The price of £140 per room was twice what it was worth - if you're going to charge hotel prices, give hotel service.
