The house was beautiful and the location was stunning.. 5 -10 minutes to swanage and coastal walks on the doorstep.. The cottage itself was decorated and furnished to a really high standard, with everything you would need. The exposed stone walls and flagstone floors added to the charm, decorated in a modern yet cosy way. I would stay here again, no question. The owner sent a welcome message and instructions to check in with helpful information about the cottage and surrounding area. I was expecting nice, but I got fantastic!!

The lane to the house was very narrow and more like a track.. it takes a confident driver to turn around. However, there is a car park at the top of the lane, a couple of minutes walk away.

This was a fantastic apartment in a brilliant location in the town centre. Our elderly Mum loved it too and was able to get everywhere on foot, we walked down to the seafront, Jubilee Pool etc and back really easily. Fabulous bakery and greengrocers across the road as well as lovely cafes etc near by. The views from the top floor are stunning, very comfortable living area and well stocked with all you need. Lovely bedrooms and two nice bathrooms.

Nothing really apart from maybe the carpet could be hoovered correctly as there was women’s hair accessories on our floor when we went in

Clutter in the room and bathroom, with little room to put anything, especially in the bathroom. Could have done with fewer ornaments and cishions, and more shelves, especially in the bathroom. No shaving mirror. No butter on the breakfast table and very few sweeteners (I am diabetic and cannot eat sucros) No sweeteners in the room, and no bottled water. There are a lot of dogs, which I dislike.

SO NOISY. Group of men hanging around directly outside playing music, smoking and talking loudly until after midnight, not acceptable but no one around to report it to.

Overpriced, hotel is noisy and seriously uncomfortable beds. Dirty and tired rooms. Food was awful quality and very overpriced. Staff were rude and unhelpful. All in all a really disappointing stay

It was not very clean my partner has multiple bites after out stays we had to move rooms due to the first not being clean it was disappointing as it was a last minute get away
