Positive section of review
The apartment was very spacious, with two separate bathrooms. Located very close the city center, just a short walk from CharingCross station, which we used to get around the city (Riverside museum, Cathedral with Necropole). There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the hosts was very flexible and without any issues. We picked up the keys in the lock box, where we returned them again.

The equipment of the apartment was already quite worn, especially doors, the kitchen table with only 3 chairs, the rest of the equipment was in line with expectations according to published information and reviews. The beds were not very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also not in the best condition, but they were clean. The apartment building was not very clean and it smelled like spilled beer. We had trouble paying the safe deposit, we finally resolved it just before arrival by phone.

The cottage was a short walk from the train station (where we landed) and was close to the main shopping street.

The cottage has 4 levels which are all connected by narrow stairs. We had challenges openening the old windows for air so the rooms were a bit stuffy. There are a lot of "do's and don'ts" posted everywhere so we found that somewhat unwelcoming.

Accommodation is situated in a great vibrant area of Belfast.

Great room but could do with a bit of updating. Room was above a bar so was very noisy at night and into the early hours, had to close windows at night, not ideal during hot weather.
