We received a truly incredible welcome! Jerry was extremely helpful, preparing the room for us even before the standard check-in time! We were truly touched by his kindness! The house was wide and very clean, in an excellent location and very close to the town centre. The view over the bay was really pleasant and the veranda where the abundant and varied breakfast is served is simply a wonderful place.

Everything was OK, but they told me the will email the invoice, but I am still waiting. I could not respond regarding survey as I only returned home now. I do not have a laptop, or mobile.

They couldnt find our booking reservation when we arrived, so we has to hang about , there was no coat hangers to hang clothing in the wardrobe , also no bins in either the bathroom or main room, and we popped out to grab few bits the morning of booking out well before our booking out time , we left our bags on the bed and still had few bits to pack , wen we got bk to our room still before booking out time the cleaner was in the room and moved our belongings , which i feel is wrong , if the cleaner saw bags on the bed then in my opionion she should have left our room till we had booked out , i did moan about it at reception but they just said sorry and offered us a free coffee ,

Walls were very thin and could hear everything my neighbours were saying ! TV didn’t work for 1st day and had to report twice. Crazy expensive but did stay during concert.

Made to feel like we where undesirables from entering the place. Reason for that statement is. Soon as we arrived no greeting apart from asking for full payment before we could enter our room. Said we would like just to view room because it was a 4 night stay and was not willing to pay before seeing the room. Was told company policy was to take payment before viewing. Finally got permission to view room but only by a staff member was with us.. Great start to our stay. We did pay in the end, but why treat guests like this? Breakfast was very poor being a low choice of cereal just a a couple of choices. Cooked breakfast was OK but nothing special. Toast for some reason was placed over the cooked breakfast weird?. One of the worst breakfast's we have experienced because the price per night there is not a budget price.

They changed our booking 2 hours before we arrived, put us in the basement and forget to tell us it had just been painted so we suffocated in paint fumes + it wasn’t clean and they had the cheek to charge £60 on top of the booking for cleaning! Poor help, forever challenging and don’t beleive in refunding a paint fumed flat. I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in a paint fumed flat. Booking.com should set rules. It was unfair for a young family to have to breath in fumes all night. Opening windows into a basement recess meant anything could crawl in! Just a poor experience and we cancelled night two but only got 30% back. Customer experience is about how you deal with the matter and these guys only cared about the money clearly not the fact it is not right to home someone in paint fumes! You don’t pay £253 to stay in paint fumes!
