The room was a good size with a king-sized bed. The bathroom was large and had a large corner bath, which was excellent after our long haul flight. Staff were very friendly and despite us arriving early in the morning from Heathrow, they did all they could to accommodate us by moving our room and allowing us to check in early.

One tip for the management is to not empty the bar bottles into the skip after 11 at night, it was pretty loud where our room was located.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable; room was quiet and had everything we needed; restaurant food was good value and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. Bus service to Heathrow across the road was ideal.

Catering was a disaster. At dinner we waited more than an hour for food, as did others in the restaurant. Vegetarian options were limited. At breakfast there were no cereals or yoghurt ("we are waiting for a delivery"). We cancelled our next booking.

Completely nothing apart from the shower though it was a very small shower room.

The kitchen sink was full of dirty utensils, checking in was a nightmare, opening the security lock was a nightmare, the location is terrible just in between shops ,the house smelt not fresh all stuffed and beddings smelt like thay had just been used ,I booked for a super double bedroom and I was given a small double bed which had stained white pillows,very old spring box mattress bed with springs sticking out which made out nights sleepless. Terrible and waste of money never recommend any one sensible to use this however desperate you may be in fact couldn't believe such terrible accommodation existed in places like the UK costing a fortune for nothing. Never to use Townhouse again,first time and last. Customer service is the worst you will ever get any where. They display fake pictures on their booking website and check you in completely different rooms,it's a fraud don't use
