  The room was an excellent size with alovely outdoor garden area,the bed was also very comfortable,although the room also came with a large couch this was situated under the tv so impossible to sit on and watch the telly

  The place is easy to get to and from Leeds' city centre.

  The façade was dirty. Someone threw buckets of paint on the walls, one of them red, and made the window of one of the rooms red. It looked like a crime scene, incredibly weird.

  All the windows needed cleaning , no blinds on kitchen window , no curtain on front door .would have been nice to have warned about steep staircase .Heating was hard to understand so couldn’t turn it on when it got chilly in the evening
