  The location was excellent and the room was adequate for our needs. The majority of it was clean. It was nice and warm on our arrival.

  On arrival the toilet roll holder was loose and the shower room light was flickering. The toilet seat was stuck together and on prising it open there was faeces left in it. Three out of four mugs needed washing due to ring marks. No parking had to pay £8 daily for the car park.

  The bathroom facilities were insufficient. The top shower did not work . The bottom shower did not drain and could flood the room. There was only one key to the main door. This was a safety concern. The backroom was swollen and difficult to open and close. This is a potential fire hazard. There was little or no hanging space for clothes. The bedrooms draws were in poor repair. There is a leak from the roof which was very noisy and kept us awake. There was no bin on the property. Nor any information on its location.
