  Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is also very good and easy to find. Breakfast was good but nothing hot. The lady at the restaurant making coffees she was a gem as were the reception staff. great place to just get your head down and it was quiet.

  bathroom needs an overhaul, as with a small bathroom it wasn't easy to get in and out of especially when you need to turn the water on. it also leaked all over the floor. On the plus side it was very clean.

  Friends were allocated room on a different floor; confusion with similar named guests who ended up next door to us. Music played in dining room distractingly loud as speaker above our table. Good to have a car park nearby but difficult to drag luggage over road surface.
