We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The stable is in a quiet location, meaning you get a good nights sleep. The l-shaped sofa is a great place to chill and the bed was really comfy. There is a lovely patio area with nice rattan furniture that will be just perfect to use when the weather is decent. The kitchen area has everything you need to make small meals/breakfast. The bathroom, whilst a little dated, is fine; although a rail by the sink would be a good idea as there is nowhere to hang your hand towel. I also liked the fact there were bowls, treats and even poo bags for your four legged friend if he/she is joining you. We only have a small car and so could actually get it parked at the stable rather than having to go back to the village green after we’d unloaded which was an unexpected bonus. Reading the guest info book it seems there was a hot tub there at one point which has now been removed.

FYI - The bedroom is tiny with very little space to move around. The bed is pushed up against the wall, which is a bit awkward for the person on that side getting in/out. Given the limited space, although there are 3 hooks on the wall there are no hangers for clothes. The drawers are under the slope of the roof so you need to bend down a scoot a bit to get to them and they are tiny. It wasn’t so much an issue for us as we’re walkers so didn’t have any ‘posh’ clothes but if you’re planning a longer stay, be warned.

Compact tidy terraced house convenient to town main streets. Parking available a short distance away but if you a driving a large vehicle e.g. people carrier, would be better to use the town car parks and their weekly charging app which is easy to load/use and wroks across Shropshire. House is cool and quiet so ideal for a summer stay. For cooler conditions there is a fire and radiators in the house (presumably gas fired)

Everything! the place is fully equipped, has everything you need the hosts known about my girlfriends birthday and the left the card and wine for her it was a great touch Thank you! for that, also the mini hamper was amazing 👏 recommend to everyone amazing stay, will stay in our memories forever!

Good location, lots of public transport options nearby. There is a grocery store in the same building. Pleasant staff, answered all our requests. The apartment was clean. The apartment is basically worth its price for London.

It is noticeable that the apartment is not new. Our coffee machine and dishwasher did not work. One of the showers was leaking. The door handle to the room was broken. And some of the furniture is a little shabby. We contacted the owners about this, I hope they will fix it.

The only small disappointment was the pool was not heated and didnt find this out till telephoning to arrange for keys to the Barn , also my 2 sons 23 and 27 were in need of entertaining...not the place fault I had to drive to places which were quite far....lovely and peaceful for myself and my 79 year old mum though.. change of matreess I think caused me to have a bad back.. But the beds were comfortable..I'm use to a hard bed at home..
