Can’t recommend highly enough. Property was a very high standard, modern, bright, spacious, spotless, very comfortable, excellent location with bars & restaurants a 5 minute walk away & yet very quiet. Private parking was a bonus. Phil was lovely & showed us facilities in the bungalow on our arrival which was appreciated. We look forward to staying again.

This was a delightful inn right in the main town close to everything. The lively pub with friendly staff was on the main floor which made eating and drinking very accessible. The small rooms were clean and our room offered a beautiful water view. I would recommend staying here.

I like hotels service and it is convenient from king cross station and staff is friendly and they provide all facilities which I need. And hotel is well-cleaned.

Fabulous location. Plenty of parking. Free use of spa for hotel guests. Breakfast room was a lovely setting with wonderful gardens.

Wardrobe poor quality (doors did not close properly). Would have liked to have the choice of a cafetière of coffee at breakfast rather than a machine where you have to queue.

We were staying for an Expo, needed good internet, which was borrowed from next door. It was non existent but we managed by hotspotting. The kitchen lacked a few basic essentials like tongs, paper towels..

The location was fantastic. Close to the beach there was enough room for us all.

Unfortunately it didn’t look like it had just been cleaned. (We’d paid for early checkin ) There was no washing up liquid. The oven wasn’t clean. There was quite a bit of dust. Maybe I was expecting too much. There was duck poo all over the outside steps and outside the door. It maybe just needs a little updating.
