When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

An absolutely lovely place to take a breath and visit the area! There were 3 of us and a dog, stayed from 4-6 of May. We were welcomed by the owner with a box of fresh eggs and delicious cakes and cookies! What a treat! The place is very clean and has absolutely everything you need, even stuff for dogs, just in case you forgot something (treats, towels, poo bags, shampoo etc...) Owners are very friendly and extremly helpful! Thanks to their tips and advice,we saw the most beautiful parts of the area. If you have enough time,we recommend driving to Pistyll Rhaeadr car park and climb the Cadair Berwyn peak, you will not regret it! Although climbing is a little bit challenging, you may want to read a little bit more about it.

As a coaching house that has been in operation for over 100 years, the Graham Arms is in a perfect location and despite showing it's age is still a pleasure to visit. The staff and food make it 5 stars. It felt like staying with family, where the bar is a locals watering hole and everyone is welcoming and approachable. We went for a wedding nearby, and the staff were able to help arrange transport, offer us a late breakfast the day after (much appreciated) and a late check out. We'd definitely stay there again

The rooms and building are a little tired and could do with some work, which is accounted for in the overall price. But we didn't mind that much as everything was clean and tidy.

Nice clean apartment with mini-kitchen and bathroom, close to a tram station and Sainsbury, park. It takes just 15-20 min to go to the city center by train (including walking to the train stop). There is also very beautiful old cemetery just opposite to the building.

The room is located in the old building so you can hear all noise from the neighbors apartments. Also, the walls are a bit dirty (however the whole apartment is very clean).

Fantastic location. 3 minutes to the overground, 8 minutes to the underground. The space was far away from everything so it felt like your own safe haven

Nothing bad to say at all

Friendly staff, free parking , close to village , up too early for breakfast (7.30 start) so a free packed lunch was provided. Good stuff

Lots of stairs, and at the time I had a bad knee, so hard work and painful, as no lift.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Restaurant on site was awful. No staff serving. Food terrible.

Location, bedroom view, nice large room, quiet

A bit tatty with decor; jacuzzi bath smelt terrible with bad air when turned on; menu received at breakfast did not include all on offer as others were ordering items they knew of which weren’t listed; and having some standard tea bags like Yorkshire Tea or Twinings at breakfast, which make a decent cup of tea, would be an improvement

Comfortable bed and location
