It was very welcoming when arriving, the room wasn’t ready yet as we arrived early they took my bag while we went for some lunch, it is so close to the main area of Manchester so we had a walk did some shopping then returned. The room is well decorated and all areas of the hotel seemed well maintained, it was clean and fresh with a comfortable bed. The lady who checked us in had, had an operation on her arm but couldn’t do enough for us I can’t remover her name but she deserves a special mention.

Nothing it was perfect for what we needed and at a very reasonable price - although there is no parking on site they do offer a discount with a multi story car parking which is a nice touch.

We had a great time in Fort William. Jan and Jamie were fantastic hosts, very welcoming, friendly and with such a great knowledge of the area were able to provide all the tips and recommendations needed to make the most of each day. Breakfast was excellent, such a great start to the day, YUM! The location was just a short walk from the centre of town, restaurants and bars, so no need to worry about parking or transport at night. Would happily come back again if ever in the area.

Bright, comfortable, and clean. Great location, perfect for Wells and Cheddar. Loved the terrace, beautiful views. Scones and cream in the fridge was a lovely touch.

We had a shower which didnt worj and staff iffered no apology. We subsequently missed out dinner reservation. I had to have a full body was in the sink. It spoiled the visit.

Rooms extremely outdated, needed a complete make over! Room needed a deep clean, bathroom fixtures loose or broken, shower curtain mouldy. Bed uncomfortable, window would not shut properly. The walls are extremely thin could hear next doors conversation.
