It was the worst let down that I have had. On arrival it looks impressive and efficient. The hotel was directly opposite a noisy funfair. The noise reverberated throughout the room despite paying for a Privilege room. The room was not serviced properly prior to our stay and the sea view windows were dirty. My child found a discarded plastic pot from a previous guest under the bed. It was almost impossible to get served in the restaurant or bar area.

The location is a great plus for this Hotel, which is literally a stone's throw away from the Brighton train station. The rooms are small and comfy with all the basic amenities.l. But we have enjoyed the stay here and definelty worth visiting again. The staff were professional and quick. Also they charged us 3 GBP for keeping the luggage for couple of hours after checkout per baggage.

the rest room is like a pod. Even on a weekday it cost us on almost 100 GBP, which is think is costly for a medium high end budget hotel

Absolutely everything. The place is spotless, it’s so tranquil and we loved every minute of being there. The hosts are so lovely and will to go above and beyond to make your stay special. We will definitely be back soon - is is a rare gem

Really loved the Glass House. The garden it was set in was very lovely. The facilities are excellent. For that room, it may be a shared bathroom but it really didn't feel like it. It was very peaceful and quiet, too. We will be back.

The hotel is lovely externally and in the foyer. The room was dated and not clean. There was a ring of dirt around the bath from the last customer. We had booked massages prior to arrival. It was only after we went down for them, were we notified that the masseuse was running late. After 30 mins, she was still running late. There was no alternative slot, and no form of compensation was offered. The bed smelt and decor was tired. Poor repairs throughout the room and the mininsink on top of the fridge area was leaking.
