We fell in love with the house. The decor throughout was done with much love and detail - from the turquoise tiles in the bathroom, to the inspiring wallpaper in the guestloo, to the handles on the kitchen units. We felt very comfortable in the house, especially in the kitchen and in front of the fire in the living room. The only thing missing was a rug to snuggle up on next to the fire and a big vase for the flowers we bought (tip: use the jug that holds the cooking utensils). The house was surprisingly quiet, although directly on a (one-way) road and the garden was lovely too. All fenced in, should someone have a dog. The lively town of Halesworth is easy to walk into and has many sweet little shops, lively cafes and three pubs. Chinese, Turkish and Indian takeaways are also just down the road. Thank you to the owners - We look forward to returning!

The overall stay was excellent the staff was very pleasant the room was very nice had a excellent night's sleep the bed was very comfy with dead nice soft pillows lovely little room x nice quiet through the night and breakfast was offered by a lovely gentleman ,also there was lot to choose from toast ,fruit ,etc and could order a hot breakfast , I would definitely recommend this lovely Hotel with great staff and cleanliness o and the private parking was great kept the gates locked until wen needed thankyou to everyone that made our stay lovely 😍

highly recommend this hotel situated just a stone's throw away from Paddington station. The staff here are exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. Plus, the pricing is quite reasonable when compared to the average rates in London.

I would appreciate it if the hotel could offer a bar or food service during early mornings or late nights. While I understand that there are plenty of shops and dining options nearby, having a small bar onsite would be a nice addition.

Hotel was easy to find, walking distance to AO arena, staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfy. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Hairdryer was missing which wasn’t replaced until next day which isn’t the end of the world but someone sent the young employee to our room to search it which was unfair on her and on us.

Most areas looking very tired. Corridor carpets very worn as were some in my room. Bath hadn't been cleaned, lots of hairs in it .😳 Hotel frontage needs urgent attention...wires all over the place and needs a good coat of paint.

Run down, massively over priced rooms. 2 drinks £21!!! And they were warm. ‘Lamb kofta’ with fries and a glad bread covered in shredded carrot £19.. burger with nothing in it apart from the meat and a side of fries £19!!! And they want £4 to walk it to your room. Gent behind the bar was extremely rude. Certainly won’t be returning.
