Comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Good quality wifi. Good curtains and shower. Mini fridge & selection of treats. Lovely design. Convenient location for buses, underground and hop on hop off tours. Excellent friendly staff. Control temperature in room. Elevator.

- realised description is “snug” but very tiny & all decorations from bigger rooms crammed in. -Casting for TV in room didn’t work & reception told us we were wrong. We rang, insisted and they came up. When checked confirmed wires were broken & moved us to new room for night 2&3. — did not change sheets night 2 or 3. — cleaners randomly knocked on door at 7:30pm while in shower & at 10am next morning to see if we were “happy with cleanliness of room”. We never complained. — one robe for two people — night 2 only one towel…

Godd location for travelling to Merseyside area. Reasonable selection of facilities on the service station. Easy access to groundfloor room. Dont know if they have a lift to get upstairs. Room quite large.

Very basic room and uncomfortable bed. Basic barhroom, giood shower but yiu have to climb into bath to use it. Would be a very stuffy room in warm weather. Noisy outside as back of shops have air con running all night.

The location is great-- just a few minutes away from Paddington station and Hyde Park. There were plenty of stores and restaurants around for food.

The noise wasn't great. The street we were on was quiet, but the people in neighbouring rooms came and went at all times and due to the amount of rooms in close proximity, it was hard to sleep when doors were slamming left and right. We were also on the highest floor and bringing the luggage up the narrow stairs was very difficult, especially the last set that was even narrowed than before.

Sky light had been open and beds were damp. Lift was out of order and walk up stairs to apartment on top floor was difficult. Not enough towels. Sheets were too short on mattress and kept coming off. No headboard or bedside tables. No soap in one bathroom. No blinds on windows, so we were woken up early.

No bar facilities. Was not told that the bar would be out of service. When asked about this, staff were dismissive stating, next month, nothing more.
