Returning back to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a nights stay (we married here). Staff are always amazing and helpful. A lovely gift box for our dog (she LOVED the toy thanks). Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast dinner and relax in our comfy room - including an amazing bubble bath.

I work in Wentworth Golf club nearby. I can't find any room at such reasonable price in this area ( rooms in this area mostly cost more than £130). So this place is absolute bargain for me without compromising the quality of stay, cleanliness, facilities, safety and free parking!

The location was really good and convenient for getting around. The beds were ultra comfortable and the room was really clean and well maintained. Loved living inside the pub and a chance to chat to a few locals and the bar staff whilst having a quiet pint.

The location of the apartment was perfectly suited to visit the walled city and nearby areas. The apartment was roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was very nice the bedroom large enough for us with a nice bathroom. The bar and restaurant were very pleasant and comfortable with lovely etc

As the hotel was old the window were were still the original in the bedroom so was a bit cold so had to wear more layers. The heating wasn’t on either properly as it was September. We found by not turning on the bathroom light the air conditioner didn’t come on. Only used it when having a shower. There was a mirror above the sink and if you pressed the red square it lights it up so it gave us enough light.

NOISE. Room is about 10ft from one of the outside smoking shelters and immediately to one side of the bedroom is a large sheltered smoking area with table and chairs open at front but with three walls and roof. The area was in use most of the evening with it still going strong at midnight. Loud chat (I could hear every word) with raucous laughter, swearing, yelling, etc. Sleep was impossible as so loud. When room description says it opens onto a courtyard it sounds a positive feature. It does not say it is bang in middle of smoking areas likely to be used till midnight. If it had cleared at 10 pm it would have been annoying but bearable but very noisy till 12.00 pm
