  The serene ambience. The friendly workers. The swiftness to respond. The other guests were very friendly too. Was like living brotherhood.

  For the 4days my room was not cleaned. No linen changed. No tea coffee sugar replenished as a complimentary to the hospitality. By end of my stay the dust bin was full.

  It was warm and comfortable. The bath and shower were both really lovely.

  We had a few issues with the initial check in but the hosts were accommodating and pleasant and these issues were resolved. A medical situation arose and the hosts were easily contactable and we were able to organise a later check out which helped a lot
