Quite limited options for dinner, and for our flight, scheduled at 6 in the morning, we did not have the opportunity to have breakfast, although it was included in the room price, because the restaurant opened after our departure.

Staff at the reception was not allowed to make a coffee from the machine. Had to go to the pub to order. Room 105 : need clearing the sink drain as the sink fills up when running the tap. Provide a room specific information that the hot water tap need to run for nearly 15-20 minutes to get hot water . After 10pm loud floor thumping and furniture moving noises for more than 30 minutes from either the room above or next door .

the room was not suitable for a business trip. I was told that I was upgraded but the room was not appropriate. Maybe a good room for a family but not for working! As you walk into the room, there are stairs to go up to a "sitting area" or living room but the bed area, where there is a huge desk, is extremely small, needed to sit on the bed to reach the desk to do some work. Also, no instructions on how to use the heating, needed to call maintenance to show me where the switch is for the heating...
