Really lovely staff, great included breakfast, and fabulous location walking distance to many London sights. The room was recently remodeled and you didn't hear any noise from the pub downstairs. Really nice staff!

The bed had a huge dip in the middle that we would roll into during the night, for such a posh hotel the mattress really needs to be replaced. Bathroom door would get stuck and the room was quite noisy from the street and especially from other rooms-- we had to turn on white noise because of people talking loudly in the hallway. No wifi in rooms (network from restaurant wouldn't connect). Overall, you are paying for location-- really pricey for the room itself.

This cottage was good value for the money. In a lovely location with beautiful views, very quiet. well equipped, loved the shower. Good base for sightseeing. Would recommend it to our friends.

I wish I would have read the reviews a bit more closely. The pool is not open to guest all the time. It is only open a small window in the morning and late evening and then it is rented out to the local community. And the breakfast was very small. A bit of toast, cereal, yogurt and tea. I booked this place for those two reasons and both were a disappointment. But I guessed I learned!

Everyone be very careful at this property , they take a security deposit then say you have damaged something and keep the extra £100

They will scam you for £100 for damage that you’re not responsible for , the Manager refused to discuss it with me

There garden needs some attention lots of cigarette ends in garden. Could only get netflix on tv could not get any freeview channels at all. And a bit more attention on cleaning as window sills and skirting boards really dusty
