  This is a stunning location , very welcoming from the minute you enter. The staff were very friendly and engaging. The facilities were great and I loved all the additional attention to detail. The water and ice bucket was so wonderful and refreshing , the selection of teas , snacks and name on the “ poster / newsletter “, such a lovely welcoming touch. The room ( I was in 8) was beautiful , the bath was exceptional. Everything was wonderful , I will be back with friends and family , I genuinely loved it . I used the Spa facilities and these were also fabulous , personally found the Spa bath too hot to use but this may just be a personal thing . The breakfast and service was fabulous , food was lovely quality and served with a smile , this is so important if you want guests to return and I absolutely will .

  NOT OFFERED BREAKFAST WHEN ASKED IF WE COULD GET FOOD THEY ADVISED THERE WAS A CHIP SHOP ACROSS THE RD, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID DO FOOD WE FOUND OUT LATER, THE ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS VERY POOR NO FIRE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE ROOM, NUMBER12, JUST REARLY POOR NOT WHAT WE EXSPECTED FOR £120 A NIGHT.
