The location of the pod was just a short distance away from a loch which provided beautiful views and an area to go for a walk. When you woke in the morning the bed faced out towards the loch which was fantastic. The pod was relaxing and secluded away from the hustle and busy which provided a tranquil experience. the kitchenette was well equipped for making your own food. The host Katie was pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and lovely, perfect for a family trip away! The garden was secure for the dog, and there was an extra surprise to see a family of rabbits in the garden! The showers were great too and beds comfy. Good communication with the property too and the directions to the place were clear.

Only thing was there wasn't much in walking distance however we were aware of this and it's only a very short car journey to a few good pubs! It was a good base for exploring via car.

Great value for the money. We had an internal, windowless room, which was clean, with plenty of towels and hot drink making facilities. Location couldn't be better. Right on the sea front.

We had an internal, windowless room. Could have done with 2 more pillows, only 2 provided. The route and corridors to the room were like a maze and emergency exit signs were very poor. Information on local long term parking was poor and hotel discount for local ncp didnt work.

Room had everything we required for a really comfortable stay. Although in quite a lively area, slept really well with no noise from the street. Perfect location for visiting Liverpool.

Charged twice. Paid in full with Booking.com and again by the hotel in error. Rectified straight away but took nearly a week to be refunded.

The shower was a bit lacklustre and the tap made a lot of noise but other than that everything was fine. Can't complain about the club noise as we knew it was there and we headed to bed reasonably early!

Paid £50 deposit on arrival by card as we paid in cash and still yet to receive a refund even though this was supposed to be within 7 days of check out we stayed 29th April-30th April. Had lots of phone calls bank and forth and still nothing very disappointing as we have stayed here a few times will not be returning now.
