I promise you can’t go wrong. Everything was Up to the standard. The owner made our stay soooo comfortable. Everything was ready for us such as wifi, snacks/teas. Made sure I was comfortable and was happy with everything. Was super understanding and keen to help when I was unsure of anything. The rooms were super clean with really cute decoration.

Good location near the station, short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, sea front. Bar had a nice atmosphere and the breakfast/other food were all good value. Worked our way through half the cocktail menu which were all well made. It had quite a nice outside area at the real. And seemed well frequented.

As a lot have already mentioned in various reviews music plays until about 2am Fri/Sat. We knew about it before hand and after a good meal/few drinks/nice walk depending on where your room is, it’s likely you won’t hear it for long. Of 4 of us it was only me that took a while to nod off! It wouldn’t put me off staying again.

I absolutely loved my stay here in April. Easy check in, absolutely spotless throughout and some lovely treats and fresh flowers left for us! Comfortable beds and sofas. All the little extras like sauces, tea, etc in the cupboards. We will definitely be back!

Perhaps curtains over the blinds and the light gets through the sides, but apart from that we had a perfect stay.

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean room. They offer free luggage storage for both the day of check-in and check-out. Breakfast is good. There are not many options, but it's okay. There are EU socket plugs available in the room 🙂

Top Location / Very Good Neighborhood with lots of options. Spacious and with good amenities (fully equipped kitchen). Very good internet. Easy to reach and lear instructions for checkin.

Uncomfortable beds. The carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms, which is not in the best shape and it is mounted over the old creaking floor. Only one TV in the entire house. Upstairs is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms.

Room was hot States breakfast included which we were under the impression it would be a full cooked breakfast. No where did it state continental breakfast only, we wouldn’t have booked this had the breakfast option been stated when booking, misleading and very disappointing and over priced due to this. Change your information on the booking site to display what you actually offer.
