Overall, we had a great stay at this apartment. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We were three people staying in the apartment, and we found it to be plenty of space. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for us. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the smaller bedroom has a semi-double bed. The apartment was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location of the apartment was also great. It is located just a short walk from the metro station, which made it easy to get around the city. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We were able to pick up and drop off the keys at a nearby mini-market, which was very convenient. The property managers were also very responsive to our emails. They were always quick to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London.

The only issue we had was that the property managers were a bit slow to return our security deposit. We had to remind them about it, but they processed the refund immediately once we did. However, this was a minor inconvenience and overall we were very happy with our stay.

The staff were exceptional, very accommodating, polite and happy to help with everything. Whilst we were there we had lunch in Oscars, the food was lovely and well priced. We thought we would treat ourselves to breakfast in bed, when the food was delivered, we were surprised at how much there was and again we were not let down. The room was very clean and well presented, not the biggest room we have experienced, but nice enough for what we needed. The grounds around the hotel are immaculate and a joy to walk around on a sunny day. It was good to see that there were multiple charging points for EV's, we plugged our car in and by the time we hand checked in and had a spot of lunch, the car was fully chargered and ready to go again. We will go back to this hotel.

I was a bit surprised that the hotel did not have a pool. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to have had the option to go for a dip.

Paid £145 for one night, then after purchasing I had to pay them an extra £25!! For damage insurance, not optional! If I’d had known this I wouldn’t have bought, I thought 145 was expensive enough as it was. The place was not clean in my eyes, stains all over the carpet and worktop, hob and various other surfaces dusty, marks all over the walls and ceiling? It needed repainting, sofa and bed was not comfy, sofa lumpy, mattress ok but the pillows were terrible, there’s a sign telling you to empty the bin, pulled out the black bag and the bin inside was disgusting
