      The host was really good person i forgotten a bag inside it laptop expensive one with glaxay phone fold and my medicine he was very helpful to return it back because its SOS for me my medicine important to take it. So he did help ♥️

      I liked the lifts that were clean and efficient. I liked the seats in reception. I liked the security of the room entrance.

      There is not much not to like but I found the layout of the bedroom left much to be desired - the proximity of the bed end to the wall , leaving no space past the TV to get to the window. The kitchen had no baking tray, also.

      The stay was generally excellent. As usual, the staff were extremely helpful, easy to talk to and generally very helpful.

      As a Disabled person I found it extremely difficult to get to my room on the first floor. There was no lift and I found the banister (or whatever be the correct description) to be unsuitable as I really need to hold on to both sides but could not even hold on to one side to get up and down stairs without help.

      The property is in an extraordinarily beautiful location.

      We found the property full of flies. Whilst I realise that the owner could not stop flies, at least some attempt to do so would have been good, such as an electronic fly killer. The taps in the bathroom were different from each other and the left hand hot tap would not turn off without extreme effort. Moreover, there was no hand wash in the bathroom, no nonslip mat for the shower and no hand towels. Additionally, the property was in a generally poor state of repair.

      It was dirty. The couch was covered in dog hairs. Yet no pets allowed causing my child to get a rash. There is pictures to prove this. They have kept my daughters toy even admitting they have it and stating was going to send back I am still waiting and they have ignored messages. Even after admitting they have still got the toy thats not theirs I know what thats called in my book. The bath side was hanging off. The carpet on the stairs filthy. The vaccum cleaner was full so couldn't be used. Had to buy products to clean with. 4 weeks later my Daughter is still waiting for her Rhino she got from the Zoo and is very upset about not getting back.
