This is a very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Car parking was available right in front of the building. A visit in Birmingham downtown (e.g. the new library) or the National Space Centre in Leicester is highly recommended.

Two glass tables in the dining/living room with two kids... nothing we couldn't handle but needed some extra attention. We got informed about a mandatory deposit on very short notice (one day before arrival) with insufficient information for an international bank transfer which caused some trouble. At least three days in advance would have been much easier and less stressful for us.

room was clean , similar to a premier inn, located just outside of town, bed was large comfortable.Only saw staff at checking in no other interaction.

room was booked through a third party site that stated breakfast included.....was told at reception that it was not offered through bookings sites.... wardrobe space a little limited and a stool/stand for suitcase would of been helpful.

The rooms were very dirty carpets bedding headboards disgusting 😡covered in dust beds stained headboards full of dust and grime carpets awful and smell in room 😡staircase bannister all loose going up stairs 🙄if it wasn't for the owner of hotel being so nice aye probably would huv started crying 😂

I found some moths near the wardrobe of my bedroom: one each day of my stay. I stayed four days and the breakfast was exactly the same everyday. You could try a second alternative for the hot plates: for instance: fried eggs x scrambled eggs, wedged potatoes x hash browns. The bathroom decoration is quite simple, it is not cosy at all.

Breakfast could be much better If you want to be warm in the room, you have to start on the ventilation which is so noisy..couldn't sleep until turned off and became cold in the room. The sofa bed not comfy at all.
