I had a last minute reservation because of a delayed flight and this stay exceeded all my expectations. The location is very convenient. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms vere nice, bed comfy. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and with a very nice variety of choice. Honestly, this stay made my day. I was more than happy. There's nothing I could possibly complain about. It was a lovely stay for a very nice price and I can only recommend.

Located just a short stroll to pretty much anywhere in Newquay, no need to use the car unless you’re adventuring out of town somewhere. Our hosts Agnes & Ghani were so welcoming. We really enjoyed their company and hope to return someday in the very near future. A huge thank you to them both!

The owners were so friendly and welcoming from the second we arrived, it was like being at home, nothing was too much trouble, they even changed the time of breakfast to suit us, we couldn't have been more at home, the owners were so down to earth and so accommodating to our needs.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. From start to finish, fantastic owners from calling taxis to booking restraunts to local information, they went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.

They also started quite recently a hot fresh breakfast cart just outside of the property. The couple Anita and John both are very sweet and welcoming. The property is in excellent condition too.

The breakfast was served in a strange way. More of a pantry to go and pick something to eat. Swimming pool was nice as well as the hot tub. Cleanliness was maintained well in and around pool.

The room was very dated and had a strange smell. There were used tissues found in and around the apartment. Living room was not cleaned properly too. The sofa-bed had lots of sand and dust as well as huge remains/stains of something. Kitchen had strange combination of cutlery and most of it was dirty. Had to wash them all before use. Honestly not worth the money spent.

Jayne has a beautiful house. The shower was fantastic. My daughter loved it. The place was clean. We could see that it was a house that was loved.

Jayne can't change what I disliked. Before my daughter and I went we decided to use taxis to get around. The only thing I didn't like was that the house wasn't nearer to the beach. Jayne can't do anything about that.
