Good location with easy access and good parking. Spacious apartment although the bathroom is bijoux with a comically small wash basin. State of decoration was good and the bed very comfortable. The response from Sykes Cottages to some of the shortcomings listed below was quick following a call to them. A hair dryer was supplied so hopefully it will remain there for the benefit of future guests.

The property was described as a luxury apartment but that luxury did not extend to basic supplies such as hand soap. washing up liquid, hair dryer and extra toilet rolls. Additionally, on arrival we were greeted by a dish washer full of dirty plates and pans that smelt like they had been there some time. Another issue which I've never come across before is that you could not watch broadcast TV live. The smart TV had all the apps but if you don't recall your log in details (I don't) then they're pretty useless. There was an iPlayer account available but few programmes are available live.

Great area, close to beautiful Regent´s Park. Books. Fully equiped. Soap, duschbad, shampoo and conditioner. Tea, coffee, salt, sugar… Very nice coffee place right next door. Close to Euston station.

1. There is weird smell in the corridor outside. 2. Bathroom: the toilet seat cover doesnt hold up. The shower heads are fully covered in lime stone, there is mold in the shower. Shower water tap is falling of. There was dirt under the bin, next to the toilet. 3. Kitchen: fully equiped but a little dirty. Old sponge. 4. Wifi was disconnecting you every few minutes. Poor connection. 5. Noisy, from the street. We didn ´t mind, but someone could.

Absolutely stunning apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. Easy to gain access from instructions from host. Near to the centre and Utilita arena. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location needs to be clearer - apartments above train station the code given for the lobby was the incorrect old code. The lady who worked in the building had to tell me the new one after 30 mins of trying to get in the building with the old code the boiler has issues everytime the water was used the boiler made a very uncomfortable sode sofa was uncomfortable didn’t need to use as a bed however uncomfortable to sit on
