The apartment was very clean and tidy. It's a lovely modern well dressed property and we would be sure to return. The beds were super comfy! Checking in was brilliant as they went out of their way to make things easier for us. Great communication for a beautiful property.

Food was excellent. Really well cooked, fresh and very tasty. Service was very good. All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. EV chargers were very straight forward to use and a great facility that could be made better use of IMHO.

The location is right next to the A66, which clearly cannot be changed but the room was warm at night and so had to have the windows open to let in cool air. Not too much of a problem but road noise in morning wakes you up.

Great location, only a short walk from castle and cathedral, A lovely room with a super shower room, excellent breakfast with a good selection of cereals. Staff were very good particularly Jackson who was very helpful and attentive.

The only thing we good find that would improve the overall experience would be a hook for towels when you get out of the shower.

The beds were very uncomfortable, particularly the right side of the double bed, so bad I actually slept some of the time on the sofa. The main road was also much louder than I had anticipated.
