When checking in, the female staff member at the front desk was very rude. She spoke very fast English with an unusual accent (not Scottish), and when I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't understand, she looked displeased, sighed, and spoke even faster with an angry expression. I didn't know why she was so rude, but it felt like she was angry at me. I couldn't protest because I thought it might lead to more insults. Even when we encountered each other again, she never said hello. Moreover, even though there was a quicker route to my assigned room, she didn't say anything when she saw me going in a different direction. I had asked for a quiet room with a good view, but I was assigned a room in a corner with a window directly facing another room's window. If I opened the window, it felt like I could have a conversation with the person in the opposite room. The breakfast was not worth the price. I realized why the unfriendly she had asked if I wanted to make a breakfast reservation. I would recommend going to another restaurant or hotel for breakfast. Additionally, the room was very narrow. I felt a sense of regret after paying this price and receiving such poor treatment. If the price of this motel is not very cheap when you make a reservation, I would suggest reconsidering your decision.
