New York warehouse feel. Extremely spacious accommodation. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Great location, 3mins from Piccadilly train station. Everywhere walkable. The stand out for us were the staff. All were friendly, helpful and professional. Oliver in particular was fantastic. I was looking to upgrade as a surprise and Oliver took time out to show me the room before I committed. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay and just an all round decent human. Always friendly, made you feel very welcome, with great advice and very professional. Thank you Oliver, thank you Native Manchester. We will be back.

Beautiful house located 5 minutes from the train station. A wonderful and quiet place. The bathroom is separate from the room, but even for a deep introvert like me, it was not a problem. The house is very quiet, with only three rooms for guests. I fell in love with this amazing place!

Beautiful views. Amazing breakfast. Birdlife on the balcony of the lakeview room in the morning was very nice - nuthatches pottering around on the table whilst we had our coffee.

The finishes should be better broken toilet handle, the mirror will not close so keep hitting your head on it when using the sink. no hocks in shower room for towels so have to use floor. The door frames very poorly done gave a cheep feel to the accommodation

Bed was comfy and the room was cosy.

The room was very damp. When i arrived the carpet was wet, i had to put a towel down to stop my socks getting wet. The sides of the bed at the bottom were also wet. Overall the room just had a very damp smell and it was not a nice thing to have to smell whilst staying there.
