Quiet, spotless, comfy bed, had everything we needed, excellent parking right outside for 2 cars.. 35 minute walk to Filey on the lovely beach. Onsite pub. Everything was perfect apart from the weather didn't always do it's best but rain was mostly at night 😎 going to Bridlington and Scarborough was nice. Scarborough boating lake was fun and bridlington beach was nice.

Everything was modern, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom roomy. The kitchen was good, but we did not cater very much. The location of the cottage was beautiful, with country views and quiet surroundings. Our dog enjoyed the country walks and the River Teith is teaming with wildlife. We saw Red Kites, for those interested in the bird life.

Modern and clean, perfect for our gig at the O2 Leeds. FREE coffee in the lounge was a winner!! Also 12 o'clock check out rather than 10am is a bonus.

I think the descriptions of 'beautiful rooms' is a bit of a stretch and the items in the description aren't quite truthful.... The description boasts a 'mini bar' and the photos lead you to believe things are in it...(in reality, it is a fridge). It also says 'air conditioned' (an old fan in the wardrobe) and also says soundproof walls.... they definetely weren't soundproof. It also says 'garden views' - which consisted of curtains that were difficult to open, but when you managed to peek round the curtains, the garden was a concrete jungle, not a garden. Whilst the room in itself was okay, and was worth the £130 for 2 nights, I think the description and photos are deceiving.

Really minor things; no coat hooks (that we could find!) and sofa too small for 4 people to sit on in a sleeps 4 apartment.
