  Room was comfortable, full of natural lighting which is always nice. Location was good as it was across the road from the venue i was to attend, the beach was only 100m away, not to mention the women on the check out desk was very nice and helpful. Overall it was very positive.

  Lack of communication at breakfast, it was written in the table booking where we were to sit but we ended up on two different tables and no mention i had already arrived. Also, no information was given as to the time when the doors are closed at night and no way of entering as a hotel guest as i almost got locked out at 11pm.

  The room was a decent size, great shower and the facilities in the room like the microwave and fridge was a great idea. It was also clean and tidy and the bed was comfy.

  The bed could of done with another pillow each and the floorboards was a little loose and squeaky and we didn't want to move around too much so we didn't upset or annoy the people below us.

  There were no cups for hot drinks in the room. There were no toilet rolls in the en suite. The room was dusty, especially around the bedside cabinet and lamp. In the morning, they were still getting ready for breakfast, and I had to ask for a plate to put the food on. There was no shower screen or curtains in the en suite.
