Great staff and service. Lovely breakfast options, either continental or full cooked breakfast. Great choice for evening meals including carvery options. Room had everything we needed, loved the touches like leaving recycling next to the bin and having an option for the room to not be cleaned during our stay. Excellent location within 10 minutes walking distance of Loch Lomond with all the facilities there including cruises, children's facilities, cafes, road train, variety of shops. Lovely outside seating area, perfect for our sunny weekend. Secure card entry to hotel rooms and overnight support if required.

I really can't think of anything that could be better, apart from our car not breaking down :-) The staff were so lovely helping where they could.

We walked in it smelt like tuna and cheese soon as we walked through the door beds looked like thay were slept in we ended up booking somewhere else it’s disgusting don’t book this place we booked another place and left pictures are a lie don’t book this place it’s a nightmare

🇬🇧 Breakfast was fine and for UK standards it is excellent. Personally I think hotel breakfasts are better on the 🇪🇺 continent but Newcastle is a wonderful friendly city and you will be happy you selected this hotel in a slightly quieter part of the city but still central.

☕ The coffee machine is okay, does the job that it needs to early in the morning but it did make me romanticise about a time I had coffee in a similar hotel just outside 🇮🇹 Milan Malpensa. There also aren't any boiled eggs🥚readily available although you can request them which reminded me of a time in the south of France 🇫🇷 where they let you boil your own. I didn't bother the staff as they were busy enough and decided to go for a more traditional fry-up that is local to Newcastle.

Despite some poor reviews , I can only speak of my own experience. It's got "budget " in the title, set your expectations accordingly. Large bright room with an obviously recently refurbished ensuite . clean fresh bedding helpful staff.

It was right next to main toilet/shower for the corridor and the noise when it was used was shocking ! form the extractor fan to water in pipes etc , it was like it was exposed and ruining past my head , but thawpould only be thios particular room due to it's location . shame as the room itself was great.

Excellent clean and tidy accommodation. Located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. Good parking space. Good communication from hosts. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Would definitely stay there again if I needed to be in the area.

Just needed a blind or curtain on the upper angle windows in the lounge as when the sun came around that’s what made the lounge so hot in the evenings but that was the only thing I could critique!
